MONOGRAM DETAILS
Each personalization is performed especially for your order, so please take extra care when selecting your sham size, letters, font, and thread color. Because each of our monogrammed shams are made to order, monogrammed products are not eligible for return or exchange except in instances of damage, defect, or error in our fulfillment. Please allow for 7-10 business days for processing time on all monogrammed orders.
WASH AND CARE SUGGESTIONS
When your quilt set needs a refresh, make sure to machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Only use non-chlorine bleach when it is needed. When you take the quilt sets out of the washing machine, fluff them to release wrinkles before drying. Tumble dry on low.
RETURN POLICY
We want to make sure you love your order! However, if you decide you'd like to return your item(s) to us, we will gladly accept it within 14 business days (assuming all items are unwashed, unused and not monogrammed). Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund you the price of the item(s) you wish to return minus the shipping cost.
