Each personalization is performed especially for your order, so please take extra care when selecting your pillowcase color, size, letters, font, and thread color. Because each of our monogrammed pillowcases are made to order, monogrammed products are not eligible for return or exchange except in instances of damage, defect, or error in our fulfillment. Given the fact that we custom personalize each pillowcase, please allow for 10-14 days on all monogrammed orders.

Traditionally, silk is hand wash or dry clean only. If you wish to maximize the life of your pillowcase, hand washing (with a PH neutral liquid detergent) and line drying is the ultimate method. The gentler you wash your pillowcase, the longer it will keep its shine.
