This past year, our work ethic has been put to the test. When the pandemic started, roughly 20% of employed adults worked from home. During the pandemic, that number grew to 71%. This dramatic increase in the number of people working from home increased suddenly and without much warning. While there are advantages and disadvantages of working from home, this same study found that 54% of working adults would like to continue to work from home after the pandemic is over. That is more than half of the working population!
