Shipping Policies



1. Shipment Processing Time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped, but may be delivered on weekends or holidays. For shipping and order inquiries please email us at or use the form below. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates. For online orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in USD at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your emailed tracking number has been activated. Expedited delivery is only available within the contiguous United States.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

4. Signature Requirement. Small parcel orders do not require signature upon delivery. If you would like this option added to your order please contact us and be sure to include your order number. If this option is requested, please note that an individual must be present at time of delivery to provide the required signature.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes. MakerBot is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).


We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.


GUS observes US national holidays and does not ship on those days.

Return Policy

We want to make sure you love your order! However, if you decide you'd like to return your item(s) to us, we will gladly accept it within 14 business days (assuming all items are unwashed, unused and not monogrammed or customized in any way). Items must be returned with tags attached, in the original packaging to be eligible for refunds. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund you the price of the item(s) you wish to return minus the shipping cost. Before you send back any returns, please reach out to to begin all return requests. Returns that are shipped back to us without prior approval from us will not be refunded. Any returns received past the 14 day return window are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All monogrammed and customized products are not returnable.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it or refund its cost at no expense to you. Please email us and include pictures of the areas of concern (particularly for damage or defect) with your initial inquiry to expedite our ability to get a resolution in motion for you.

For monogrammed/personalized orders, given the fact that we custom personalize each of our monogrammed products, they are not eligible for our regular return policy and are non-refundable. Please allow for 7-10 business days for processing time on all monogrammed/personalized orders.
